Created by award-winning bartender Fah-beer Suchada Sopajaree, the menu reimagines classic Thai street food as playful, inventive cocktails—think a chicken rice–inspired drink made with chicken-skin vodka and ginger soda, or a sweet take on mango sticky rice served as a creamy, foamy cocktail with peanut dusting.
