The Toot Yung Gallery is pleased to present the lithographs of Mexican artist, Fernando Aceves Humanas from May 12th to June 30 th 2011. Fernando Aceves Humana is an independent artist based in Oaxaca, Mexico. His lithographs and paintings are famous for their flamboyant colors and their crude, realistic yet surreal subjects. Fernando has been working with the famous engraving studio “Clot Brams…en†in Paris on the production of this serie of large lithographs. These works were part of the exhibition “En Riesgo†in the “Museo de los pintores Oaxaquenos†in 2009. Some new pieces have recently been produced in Paris especially for the exhibition in the Toot Yung Gallery. You are warmly invited to the opening reception in the presence of the artist on Thursday May 12th at 7 pm. The Toot Yung Gallery would like to express its gratitude to the Mexican Embassy, Moom Chark, D Art Foundation, Tacos y Salsa restaurant and Italasia for their kind contribution on this project.
