ALL THE BEST BRITPOP & INDIE TUNES ALL NIGHT
The Standards’ next night of Indie mayhem will be held at club Culture near Khao San Road on 5 November 2011. The band will be playing live alongside Mattnimare and Polar Bare Knuckles. Doors open 9 pm and close 2 am. Cost is 250 baht including 1 free drink. Bring ID.
The bands we put on and spend time over promoting are head and shoulders above any that are played continuously on Bangkok radios and dire music shows and give better performances then any bands that play time and time again at boring festivals and badly organised events.
This time around we’ve got…
– THE STANDARDS – (10:30pm)
Fresh from touring England and Vietnam earlier in the year and with new tunes on the way, this will be the 2nd gig back in Bangkok.
– MATTNIMARE – (10pm)
New wave indie kids do their supercool thing.
– POLAR BEAR KNUCKLES – (9:30pm)
Brand new hungry band on the scene, this will pretty much be their first gig and they’re ready to take the roof off.
