Bourbon, a type of American whisky that has captured the cocktail mixing world by storm, has been one of the strongest growing divisions of spirits over the last 5 years.
This spirit, which has it’s strongest roots in Old Fashioned and Mint Julep cocktails, will be featured in all 4 food courses and then additionally paired with several unique bourbon cocktails.
