At our next NFS Luncheon, Wed 19th October we will have the honour to welcome Mr Pedro Pauwels French Dancer and Choreographer and Mr. Philippe Saint-Paul, Artistic Director at Urban Bones Dance Company, as well as 2 star dancers who will perform for us.
Philippe started his professional dance training from Rosella Hightower “The Ecole Superieure de Danse†in Cannes (France) at the age of 14, studying Ballet, Jazz, modern, pas de deux, folk, therapy, Flamenco and music.
Choreographing for dancers at the Paris Opera he went on with his career which led him to the US for 13 years working with noted choreographers Trisha Brown, Lance Gries, and Demetrius Klein among others choreographing noted pieces as “ Annaâ€, “Rachmaninov Rhapsodieâ€, “Mozart Requiem†and also teaching young kids to professionals at the renown Alvin Ailey Dance company in Florida.
Recently, in Bangkok, Monsieur Philippe choreographed and performed Don Quixote and KaTap at the Patravadi’s fringe festival, and Borealis, for the International Dance festival.
